Because of the overwhelming control our taste buds can have on us, it is no surprise why the human population continues to consume things that are knowingly harmful or bad for us. Regardless of the amount of education we have….if it doesn’t taste good, oftentimes, we’re not going to put it in our bodies.
By now, you are aware of the many benefits MMS has. Whether taken regularly as a maintenance for good health or used to treat a sickness, the taste can be prohibiting and we will let our mind convince us not to take it.
With this, I’d like to offer a couple of suggestions as to how to overcome the taste of MMS. Try them out to see which one works best for you. Your health will Thank You.
Suggestion #1: Activate your desired dose of MMS and add to one of the following juices, using 1/3 cup to 1/2 cup. In addition to that, you should add two-three teaspoons of citric acid solution to the juice before combining it with MMS.
In summary, mix your dosage of MMS with FIVE TIMES the citric acid, lemon or lime as usual. Wait the standard three minutes. Then add 2-3 teaspoons of citric acid (10%) to the juice of your choice, then combine it with the MMS. If your stomach is sensitive the this amount of juice, drink at least two glasses of water immediately afterwards.
Juice choices: Concentrated juices are fine as long as there is no added Vitamin C. For example, Black Cherry concentrate by RW Knudsen, grape juice,cranberry juice or even pomegranate juice can usually be found in large supermarkets or health food stores.
Suggestion #2: You will need 10 percent citric acid on hand as in suggestion #1. You also need to purchase fructose at your local health food store. This is a form of sugar, but as long as you are not diabetic, it does not cause your blood sugar level to rise. Your body’s reaction will be similar to that of eating an apple.
To mix this new solution, add four teaspoons of the citric acid solution to a half glass of water, followed by two teaspoons of fructose. Stir until dissolved.
Activate the MMS solution with FIVE TIMES the number of citric acid drops. Allow to sit for three minutes. The solution will be a yellowish color. Pour the MMS solution into the water mixture. Sip on it over the next two hours.
NOTE: MMS solution generally maintains its strength for up to four hours. As long as it has a yellowish tint to it, it is still working.
While sipping may not sound very appetizing, it has been shown that by sipping on the solution over the two hour time period offers a continuous stream of fresh solution which is more effective in fighting off a cold, pneumonia or the flu. In contrast, when the MMS solution is gulped all at once, it is diluted by the body and the dioxide is produced more slowly.
